Recommended Use
Recommendation (adults): 1 – 2 capsules 1 time per day with a meal. Avoid taking before bedtime. Consult a doctor for use beyond 12 weeks.

Ingredients: Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, Root) 315 mg (10:1, QCE 3150 mg), Black pepper (Piper nigrum, Fruit) 4 mg (95% piperine, 50:1, QCE 200 mg), Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea, Root) 50 mg (3% Rosavins, 2:1, QCE 100 mg), Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis, Fruit) 5 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, Hypromellose, and Oryza sativa (rice) hull powder.
Risk Information: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist/worsen; if you have gallstones, bile duct obstruction, diabetes, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid or if you are taking prescription medication, other herbs or protease inhibitors. Allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Do not use if you are pregnant/breastfeeding; allergic to plants of the daisy family; diagnosed with a liver disorder; suffer from febrile disorder; have a fever or impaired liver function or if you are taking acetaminophen or anticoagulants. Discontinue use if you experience vomiting, diarrhea, spasms and symptoms of paralysis.
