Capsicum
How it Works
This is the single herb capsicum also commonly know as cayenne pepper. It is the same used in food and condiments throughout the world. In traditional medicine its use dates back over 7000 years in South America; it was later introduced to Europe in the 16th century. Anyone who has ever eaten hot peppers can attest to their warming, stimulating effect. In traditional herbal medicine, capsicum is referred to as the “master stimulant.”
