How it Works
HSN-W is a herbal formula for motion sickness containing ginger, sage, rosemary and dulse.
Product Advantages HSN-W ?
For decades, HSN-W has proven to be a winner for those wanting natural motion sickness support. Our wild-crafted horsetail is grown in the black soil of Bulgaria on small individual and communal farms. Local workers earn a fair living by harvesting it. And pesticide-free wild-crafting allows for maximum sustainability.
The story behind HSN-W
Components of this botanical beauty blend have been cherished for ages. The Romans valued horsetail for its healthful properties. And in the 1700s, people used its plant stems to scour their pots. Hence the nickname scouring rush. Northern Europeans were dining on dulse as far back as 600 A.D. Historically, this herb was used for its tonic effects and solicited for the treatment of both scurvy and constipation. Anciently, the Romans, Greeks and Egyptians considered rosemary a sacred herb. And Greek students wore it when taking exams to help them remember. In the Middle Ages, people wore a rosemary sprig to weddings to bring love and luck to the bride and groom. Sage has been used by some Native American groups as part of their spiritual ceremonies. And today, smudging a room (spreading sage smoke throughout) is believed to help drive out negative energy and promote healing. Only more recently have these botanicals been prized for their beauty benefits.
