Psyllium Hulls Combo.
How it Works
Psyllium Hulls Combination is a bulk laxative supplement. Psyllium is a mucilaginous herb, whose tiny flea-shaped seeds (greek psylla means flea) can swell up to 14 times their original size when soaked in water. Did you know? There are two types of fibre:insoluble and soluble. The insoluble fibre or roughage is indigestable and works like a broom in the large intestine to giving bulk and size to stools and promotes regularity. Soluble fibre, which absorbs many times its own weight in water, binds with fat, cholesterol and debris in the intestinal tract for elimination. Psyllium hulls provides both soluble and insoluble fibre.
