The story behind Focus ATN
Focus Attention. Lemon balm (aka melissa or balm), has been part of European culture since the 14th century when people drank Carmelite water: lemon balm and other herbs infused in wine. In the Middle Ages, people credited balm for help with sleep, stress support, wound healing and even longevity! And later, English doctors prescribed it to renew vigor and strengthen the brain. The ginkgo tree is one of the oldest in the world! And ginkgo has been a big part of Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Today, this unique, fan-shaped leaf is used for its protective effects against oxidative stress. In many European countries, ginkgo is recommended for brain-supporting benefits.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Ulmus rubra (slippery elm) inner stem bark 192 mg, L-glutamine 100 mg, Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) herb 40 mg of a 4-6:1 extract standardized to 3% rosmarinic acid, Vitis vinifera (grape) seed 23 mg of a 10-15:1 extract standardized to 85% oligomeric proanthocyanidins and Ginkgo biloba (ginkgo) leaf 5 mg of a 50:1 extract standardized to 24% flavonoid glycosides and 6% terpene lactones. Non-medicinal Ingredients:Gelatin, deanol bitartrate, cellulose and magnesium stearate.
Risk Information: Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. Consult a practitioner prior to use if you have a thyroid disorder; are pregnant/breastfeeding or if you are taking medication for diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures. Consult a practitioner if symptoms persist/worsen or if you are following a low protein diet. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Individuals with known allergy/hypersensitivity to lemon balm and/or ginkgo should avoid its use. If you develop hypersensitivity, stop use and consult a practitioner.
